Unit has new power supply and cooling unit. Will not come on. I do have a indicator light coming on at t-stat. I am looking for a wire schematic for the t-stat. This unit is a/c-d/c. Also does the power supply convert a/c to d/c to operate the unit or does the unit have a step up transformer to convert 12v to 110?
