Bill, the below two items are listed on the Atwood web site for their furnace.
1)Wired wrong...Correct wiring
2)Faulty relay...Replace relay
Maybe your owners manual can direct you more to the relay? Are the electrical connections good/free of rust, etc.? That could be the wiring issue??Good Luck.
