I have a Norcold model # 462 in which the freezer works in ac and propane mode but it doesn't cool the refridgerater are. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hi Tony, This is a pretty good indication that your cooling unit is bad. Try bypassing all the controls by disconnecting the wires to the 120V heating elemet from the circuit board and direct wiring them to the receptacle the fridge is plugged into. If you have the same condition it's the cooling unit sorry to say. Good luck!
