This membership includes the use of all WHR resorts, two weeks in and one week out, with Desert Pools near Palm Springs, CA being the home park. Movement from the home park to another WHR park is exempt from the one week out which I have used to go directly to an from Desert Pools to Indian Waters in Indio.
Use of Kino Bay Resort in Mexico is included in the WHR sale as is an optional membership in AOR
In addition to the sale price, buyer will be responsible for any and all transfer fees imposed by WHR and AOR.
WHR Fees are as follows: Transfer Fee = $250; New Member Fee = $389; Current dues = $379 per year subject to Cost of Living adjustments and can be frozen at $379 if 65 or over.
Optional AOR fees: Transfer Fee = $250 Current dues = $99 per year.
