Bus and diesel advice from an old timer patrick young 12-1-07
Howdy folks

Well, I'm not that old, only 51, but I've owned over 80 buses and fire trucks, and about 8 diesel cars and pickups since 1991, and currently own about 20 or so buses. I've also dismantled about 30 buses and a handful of cars.

I'm a retired teacher who uses buses and bus parts sales to fund my non profit project.

If you get stuck on any diesel or automotive question, feel free to give me a call, or write me at WheelchairBusProject@yahoo.com

My phone is (559) 251-3814

I also have a HUGE inventory of bus parts, and also complete buses for sale.

Have a good one

Increasing HP on a 345 International engine brenna 2-26-08
So I need some advice on how to go about increasing the fuel rate or installing overdrive in a 345 International 8cyl. 4cycle engine. It's in my '77 International bus that I've converted into a home/speakeasy. Already replaced all the filters and plugs and important stuff like that, but just wanting a wee bit more power as I am about to embark on a rather long and (at this rate slow) cross country journey. Any advice? MUCH appreciated! :)
