That 84 is sometimes on a 83 chassis.Chevy had some problems with the early 80s models. Lots of changes to the later models. You might get a winnebago service manual and look up some of the changes. One change was go to a half inch line down the outside of the frame rail. Did you add the electric pump inside of the tank or outside? I will look up more info from chevy manual and see if I can help. Good Luck Mike
