have some one turn the key on --while listening to tank area---you would hear the pump hum-maybe 5 seconds--
I would think you would have electric pump--since most went to pressurized systems in 86 or so have you changed the fuel filter---it should be along right side frame rail--near steps---looks like beer can regulator just forward of tank.in the line

Yes Gene my 86 Itasca has a pump in the tank with Regulator.See if you can hear the pump like Rich says.Also you will hear a click from relay mounted on the radiator bracket driver side with engine cover off.Like he says turn key to on but don't start and you should hear click about 3 or 4 seconds later.It should click when key is first turned on also. If no click check all fuses in the dash panel below the radio.If all fuses are good check with test light or meter for 12 volts at the relay. Also have you checked the filter at the base of the Carb.at fule line input? Good Luck Mike
