I have a 4000 watt onan gen set. i have replaced the starter switch on gen set when i start gen and let go of button it stalls. I sprayed with contact cleaner i started several times and it finally started up. The other problem i have is when i shut it off it cranks over very slowly. So i have to wait a couple hours till it cools off.I have the gen set wired to the coach batteries like it was wired originally. I have 2 deep cycle batteries with 675 cca each. total of 1350 cca. The other day i finally got it running and genset wouldnt put out no volttage. Tonight i fired it up and i got volttage, but cranked very slow when hot so i left it alone i didnt want to burn up anything, thanks for any info Mike
