I just rebult the Holley carb because it wouldn't cold start. Now it runs great but won't pass smog. A little hard to start when hot now. HC is high at idle (400 ppm), ok at 2500 RPM(137 ppm). CO is 8.3 at idle and 7.15 at 2500 RPM, Max is about 3.0. Seems to be running rich w/black sut.

did you change the power valve? take side screws out one at a time and adjust the floats,should just barely have gas there-unit sitting level-BE CAREFUL of a fire--have your fire extinguisher close---intake gets hot-
