Well I've tried all the suggestions, new carb,fuel pump,fuel filters,plugs,wires,reluctor, pick up leads,dist. vacumn pump,ballist resistor, solenoid relay, charcoal canistors,rotor and dist cap,and this engine when it is running at normal temp it hesitates and backfires and just won't go. Help!!
Pull the valve covers and check the lift on ALL the valves. If Ignition and fuel didn't help, or change it, I bet it has a flat cam lobe. It won't show this by doing a compression test. |
