There is no answer to your question. There are too many variables. The only way to determine what sizes you need are through trial and error. Bolt on your carb, put a new set of plugs in and take it on the highway, full throttle. Come back home, let it cool off, and pull the plugs. If they're a chocolate brown, your good to go. if they're white, your running lean and need bigger jets. If they're black, your running rich and need smaller jets. tedious, yes. A headache, definitely. But basically the only way to do it.

I have a new Edelbrock 750 cfm marine carb.on my boat,it runs pretty good, but if i run the motor to 3000+ rpm the temp goes up to 200 degrees, but at 2000 rpm it is at 160 degrees.what jet size is now in the carb.(i have not yet checked)and what size do you suggest as a start? this is a brand new 377" Chev motor with appx. 400 hp---i have 3 Carter jet kits, will these work on a Edelbrock carb???
