I looked at my '76 pace arrow 440-3 but I don' have A/C or at least the compressor isn't installed. I do have the Mopar big-block engine rebuilding book and it looks like this two belts are routed from two crankshaft grooves (closest to the engine) over the A/C compressor and to the alternator where the alternator is used as a belt tensioner. The last groove (closest to the front of the vehicle) is from the crankshaft over the water pump to the power steering unit, which is used as the belt tensioner. Hope that helps some.

You can get one from Barnes and Noble. The book is OK. Takes you through pulling the engine out of the authors car and the rebuilding process. I bought it to see if there was anything I might have missed when I rebuild my engine this year.

The title is "How to rebuild big block mopar engines" for B/RB series engines by Don Taylor. Should be about $16-$17 if ordered online.
