Above sea level, 3000 to 6000, you have to have the timing advanced, carb to be rejetted, and this is one heavy RV...It will slow to 25 to 30mph...Also, get new spark wires, and fire resistant cloth boots to cover the plug, plug wire, etc...cut them about 8 inchs long to protect the wires from burning by touching hot parts around the engine...I bet you are running on 6 cyclinders...Is you gas milage real bad? that is another sign....plus no power up hills....let me know....also, what temp does yours run at? Mine is overheating, not related to your problem, just curious how yours runs...I believe I have head gasket problem, even without water traces in the oil......Ray |
