Change brands of belt, check all the pullies for alignment problems, check the tensioner toinsure its spring is in good shape and that the belt in use is the right length so the tensioner is within it correct range. If the belt is just slightly longer than spec the tensioner can have trouble keeping it tight or even bottom out and look tight and allow the belt to slip. Finally check all the pullies for correct operation and free movement. Good Luck
