1989 F250 460 EFI Auto, 4x4 Ext Cab: Had some body repair doen. When i picked up the truck it would not rpm past 2k when ypou stepped on the gas. I checked under the hood and found the vacuum lines were taken off for the repair and never put back on and some were broke. I placed them and put them back as I felt was the correct way, however, the truck still won't get past 2k rpm when the gas pedal is pushed to the floor.
