I have a 95 ford ranger 4x4. The check engine light comes on and off randomly. I'll have days that it'll be on at times then be off the next time i start my truck. I notice that it started happening after the top part of my oil cap broke off. I still haven't replaced it and I was wondering if something like this could cause the light problem.
