I want to replace the fuel pump because I am sure the engine is starved for fuel. The unit will run at only 25 to 30 mph. I understand the fuel pump is in the gas tank. It looks like the gas tank will have to be removed in order to service the filter and pump. I am thinking of installing a hatch door through the floor of the MH in order to access the opening in the tank where the pump, filter, and pickup are bolted in. I would appreciate any comments and suggestions. |
