I boght this motorhome it has a over heating problem it has new clutch fan radeator water pump hoses ect evena new fan shroud it runs great no blown gaskets (head, intake) ect. but runs hot, enyone?
See message entitled "1978 Dodge Sportsman RV" for possible cause. Has the heads or manifolds been worked on or replaced? -or- Did it overheat before the water pump was replaced?
I don't see a tempurature listed nor the conditions it runs hot under. Nor how you are determining the tempurature. It could be as simple as a bad dash guage or hot thermostat. Or you could have a blockage in the rad. More info needed sorry.

The radeator is new the temp gage in the dash has been checked with a mech one it runs about 195 to 215 if you hit a hill it goes way hotter under normal coditions not towing
The heads and the intake are the same. if you look at the stock gauge it goes up to the notch just before the H we hooked up a gauge from walmart and it reads around 195 to 215 i know you can get a 195 degree thermastat for it thats whats in it now is the temp normal i guess would be my question
