I am looking for a wiring schematic for a 1984 cheiftain 22' motor home I'm haveing problems with the battery charging system when hooked to 110 volt power.
Hi, none of the manufacturers have wiring diagrams for the coach section. We hope that one or two will start keeping those records in 2010. You need to check your converter output and that means finding your converter. Checking the fuses and that it is getting 110 volt power. Some of the realy old converters have a replaceable board if the charge side is not working. The newer ones just get replaced when bad. Good Luck
I also have a 1984 cheiftain 22' motor home, I called Winnagago service with the ID numbers from the driver's door and they e-mailed the schmatics to me. The 1984 Chevrolet light truck shop manual provides the rest, at least for my P30 chassis. If you e-mail me I can help you with parts location, assuming we have the same layout.
Recently obtained a 33' 1984 chiefton that has fire damage. in trying to repair have ran in to some wiring problems. need to locate a complete wiring diagram. can you help me?
