I have an 88 ford ranger 4 cyl 2.3. new 02 sensor new pumps cap rotor plugs wires etc.no cat on it i am only getting 18-20 mpg highway.WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THIS THING HELP ME PLEASE ANYONE
