Have a winnebago brave rv with 1994 6.5 turbo diesel matched to a 4l80e transmission.The Transmission will not change from 1st into 2nd if a steady pressure is kept on the throttle but it will change if the throttle is backed off slightly then eased up in 2nd,changes perfectly into 3rd and overdrive.No fault codes showed up on the diagnostic,even when driving stuck in 1st.The transmission was rebuilt 15 months ago and ran perfectly afterwards,after being left standing for 2 months the problem occurred.
