Shore power plug-in woes Rick Foley 11-23-05
I have a year and a half old Trailmanor that will not let me plug into shore power. It trips the breaker everytime I attempt it. This is the supply breaker not the trailer's. Any ideas where I should start ?

Rick, several things come to mind. Are you using an adapter when plugging the coach in or straight to a 30amp. outlet, assumiong that this coach is 30 amp, and not 50amp. are you plugging into the same outlet, or does this happen in different outlets? another thing to do, remembering that you are deling with 110v electricity which will stiing if gicen a chance, is to disconnect the shore cord from the breaker box, then plug the cord in and ck. the incoming pwr. on the cord, cking for reversed hot and ground. If using an adapter, plug it in and ck. it with a meter to determine is it is still good
