Check the voltage with the aif cond. running. If lower than 105 this could be the cause. Check the wiring connections at the circuit breaker and at the unit junction box to be sure they are tight. THe breaker should also fit onto the bus bar in the distribution panel very tight. Feel the front edge of the breaker; is it hot after running for awhile? Is it a thin breaker? next to the main? If so I would recommmend you move the breaker away from the main & if you have room for a standard size breaker this could just be the fix. The smaller the breaker (size not amperage) dose not allow heat to disipate and the breaker can trip out just by heat as well as amperage.
