I hooked up my electric brakes using a 7 way connector and everything works fine, but as soon as I attempt to use the electric brakes I blow a fuse - 40 Amp on my F150 for the lights and towing.
I think I have a short in electric brakes, and want to run new wires. Do I just need to run a wire back for the electric brakes, to the brakes and a neutral back?
Or is there a site ( I looked but can't find ) that tells me exactly how to wire the electric brakes?
