I have a 1994 Winnebago Brave GM 454 cu MH. Under the dash board, I found what looks like an electrical diode. It resembles a c size battery with wires connected to it.It is at the base of the steering columne just under the dashboard near the floor. It gets extremely hot to the touch only when the motor is running and the generator is running but not when they are running separately. Any idea what this part may be. I am concerned about a possible electrical fire. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Bob
