Battery Disconnect USE light stays on John Ogletree 6-8-03
I have the Nuvatek Battery Disconnect module that has separate control for chassis and house batteries. The USE light stays on when the switch is in the STORE position.

The manual says this will happen if plugged into shore power OR using the generator. Neither condition is true in this case. Any help appreciated.

John

Not familiar with the Nuvatek. But if it operates the same as others. Your problem is probably due to the disconnect solenoid which switches from use to store sticking.

Locate your solenoid and tap on it to see if it will work loose. My solenoid does the same thing.

As you stated the light will be lit if on shore power, or with the generator running. But should be out when disconnected from both shore or gen power, and in the store position.
