I need help finding a wiring diagram 120 volt and a 12v chassis and RV Im having trouble with power to my back up camera. there is voltage leaving the fuse panel the wire leaving the fuse panel is yellow #5 but at the BU camera the wire is red.
I would like the wiring diagrams for my files, and any info on my problem would be appreciated
There are no automotive style wiring diagrams for virtually any RV. The 110 volt runs loosely on house rules and the 12 volt is run and colour coded in whatever way was being used for that production run. The keyed power for the backup camera on my unit is from the trailer tow package/plug. I understand this is common. What it comes down to is tracing wires. Good Luck
My truck has a second battery for the RV.
the 7 pin plug has 12.4 volts across the proper pins. Then into the trailer harness and disappears. It does not show up in the converter/power panel.
It does not attach to the battery.
In a typical RV set up where does the 12 volts from the tow unit go? Is it fused?
