I need to know what wires go to the starter. i have a 350 with a hei.there is a purple wire and red and a yellow.but i don't know where they go can you help. i tryed to put them the bat to the big end and the yellow to the s on the starter.but it wouldn't even turn over.so i hooked up the big red wire to the other side of the startrer and still nothing so i hooked up to the bat and it turned over but would not turn over fast and the bat cable got hot. how can i fix it. thanks
