While on a trip and plugged to electricity, the a/c quit. Once home, we replaced the battery, does a/c require a battery even if connected to electricity?
NO the battery has nothing to do with the AC--it's 115 volts
'BUT it must be hooked up, for the reefer and lights--other wise you would be trying to operate appliances off the (converter) which will over load it--thus damageing it
