1984 Chieftain Winnebago Water pump after winterization by Angela R. Meyer

I need help getting the water pump to work. We recently purchased a 1984 Chieftain that had been winterized by blowing out the lines. We filled the water tank and cannot get the water to come out of the faucets the pump is on but it sounds like there is still air in the lines. Do we need to do something other than just fill it up? There is also a second water tank that we cannot get water into. Is there some valves somewhere we need to do something with?
