Help--the brakes don't have much stopping power--not as much as needed to stop truck and have replaced calipers, master cylinder, and both rear wheel cylinders and rear wheel brake shoes any suggestions
With the symptoms you have provided it is impossible to tell but a stuck/siezed proportioning valve could shut off the rear brakes. A faulty vacume brake booster could cause this. Air in the lines could cause this. Faulty anti lock brakes could cause this. Faulty new master cylinder could cause this. Crimped/damaged brake lines. Faulty flex lines. and on and on Good Luck
