I bought a 1993 Pace Arrow.
When I press on the brakes the steering locks up and the brakes are spongey.
Replaced power steering pump. Still happening. New shoes on front brakes.
Any help out there?

I think I have the same problem on my 1991 32' chev chassis with a 454 gas engine.
I've also replaced the power steering pump, the power booster and it still locks up the steering when I put it in gear, it also makes the power steering fluid foam and back up and run out of the over flow hose. It also make quite a bit of whinning noise.
I'll let you know if I find out anything.
