I OWN A 1998 PACE ARROW VISION, LAST WEEK THE PARKING BRAKE LOCK AND I COULD NOT MOVE IT, WE HAD TO REMOVE A PART SO I COULD DRIVE IT HOME, WE NEED SOME HELP TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO FIX IT, WE DO NOT HAVE A MANUEL.ANY SUGGESTIONS WILL BE APPRECIATED.
