Back left drum is locking up after i installed new master. it lets off slowly but takes some time. brakes did not work when i got it can any one help me ?is it air or water or wheel cilinder?
The return springs on each wheel assembly
provide fluid pressure return from each cylinder returning fluid to the master cylinder,
the master has return check valves-also at each output fitting on it.
some vehicles rubber flex lines go bad and the fluid will NOT return
