The brake fluid wont be damaged by heat that dosen't actualy cause your brakes to fade out, but the calipers might by cooked.
In the bad old days we just looked for why the master wasn't releasing completly. Now it could be a bad brake booster, someone has added the improper fluid to the brakes, this can happen durring the Pre Delivery inspection, the valves in the anti lock module have buggered up. The anti lock module being less likly as it has seperate vaves for all the wheels. I would write a leter directly to GM and notify them that you have an ongoing problem. It is unlikly that GM will Know as this type of nightmare can be all considered a come back. The factory wont cover parts changes for a repeted complaint. It would be good practice just to notify and get a response from GM concerning this to cover your posible future trouble, after all brake wear is not warantable unless atributed to another cause. |
