Thanks Mike and Richard for your info. You are right there is a second cylinder involed with a large diaphram attached and 2 hoses into it from the controller. Both the pressure and hoses were checked and make sur ok after the instalation of the conbtroller. So it could be the second cylinder being stucked? But if a stucked valve or cylinder it will surely stuck again even after cooled off? I can't repeat the failure every time after the brakes cooled off even driving over 150 miles one time? Will see the garage in 2 weeks for my appointment then see what happens. Thanks again. Joe |
