I have a Jayco popup camper that has hydralic drum brakes. I have just replaced the brake shoes, and was wondering how to tell if the brakes are adjusted properly?

Adjust the brakes with the wheel in the air, tighten the aduster till the wheel is hard to turn, or the wheel locks up, then loosen the adjuster till the wheel is just free to turn or you can hear a slight drag as you turn the wheel with your hand.
