Hydro booster was leaking broken seal I bought new one the truck ran for 4 miles and the brakes locked up I removed the master cylinder and than replaced it the brakes were fine for 30 miles and than locked up again.
I brought the booster back to where I bought it and they said that they gave me the wrong one iI installed the new one and the same thing started all over again what am I doing wrong. Or is it that the remanufacture had put in faulty valves I need help this is my main work truck. 93 Chevy K30 with utility body very heavy truck for its size. Thanks Ed Drutjons
Sorry, I don't have an answer. Rather I have a problem that may be caused by the hydro booster. On my 97 GMC Safari VAn, the brakes are grabbing with the slighest touch of the brake pedal..Is this what happened to you? Do you think my problem could be the hydro booster?
