This is a post in regards to a post two pages back. Master cylinder was replaced on a Hydo-boost brake system. The brakes which are four wheel disc were gradually looking up, then would seize. The solution was that the brake pedal switch was too far foward not allowing the pedal to fully return. This didn't let the fluid back into the master, gradually pressurizing the lines. The fluid as it was heated expanded causing the calipers to lock. I hope this is helpful sounds simple but was a head scratcher, thanks to the guys that tried to help out.
Sorry for doing this in your program, plus my request is not in your messages require. However, I look at your Web and read your program and very interested for me. Please I am a student and I have a prject to do the topic is about the brake problem but base on the (OVERHEAT OF THE FLUID)Please if you have a comment about this topic it is very impressive to me to have it. sorry for your time and have a good day.
Please let me know if you still have no problems with your brakes. My p-30 motorhome has had both front calipers replaced and the master and still they lock UP!! thanks in advance frankburder@aol.com
Frank, check and replace brake flex cables (rubber brake line that connecting to brake caliber) and also check brake fluid to make sure it clean and correct fluid use.
Installed new ps/pump and bled the system and the ps and pb works and it is quiet until you pull it into Gear then it starts to make noise and loses ps pb.Can anyone tell me why this is happening?
