1994 Pace Arrow Park & Parking Brake Norbert 5-11-09
I recently traded for a pace arrow 37ft that rolls in the park position & the emergency / parking brake goes to the floor. Any idea's & or solutions would be most appreciated.

Go to http://www.rvmechanic.com/current_category.2176/Forum.53029/forum_thread_full.html

for a substantive discussion about this parking brake. Also, go to Workhorse site (assuming you have a Chevy engine); you will find a manual about your chassis, in the PARTS MANUALS section(You will have to register to get the download).

You probably need a pressure valve still avilable through GM dealers.

Sounds like the brake, which sits behind the transmission, was disabled; without oil pressure to release it in drive, it stays set and the RV wont move...
Parking brake cable jerry 3-24-11
Just had the tranny rebuilt in my 1994 Pace Arrow. The mechanic released the parking brake cable at the tranmission now he cannot get the cable to reconnect becaucse the cable will not exstend the distance to replace the pin that attaches the cable to the tranmzission housing. Any suggestions?
