I've got spongy brake pedal - won't pump up - doesn't go to floor but I'd like to have more pedal. Rear tag brake master cylinder full of fluid. When wife presss brake pedal slightly, it maked the tag wheel brake start to come on - requires pressing 3" to get it to lock up. What can I do?
