Shifting by Steve
Has any one come across this problem, where the transmission will not shift into gear, with out playing first with the ignition. or having to first shifting the transmission before starting. what is the problem and how do I fix it. this is on a 1996 allegro bus, 5.9 engine 6 speed Allison transmission.
