94 k1500 chevy 350 tbi auto 4L60E, My heater blows extremly hot! hot enough you cant keep your hand in front of the vent for very long at all. Also truck seems to smell hot but the gauge reads normal and I am not loosing any water to the overflow can. I have to turn the temp selector down to the mid position to get a normal temp from the heater int he cabin.
