First off, there is a decent looking GMC PD4501 conversion listed right now on Ebay. If you go to http://www.ebay.com type in GMC bus, you will see it listed. The current bid is $11,100.00. The fellow also has a link set up to his web site with lots-o-pictures and tons of info on the bus. His reserve price on the auction is $19,000.00. Well beyond my meger means.

I was right on the verge of purchasing a 1960 4104 with a fresh drive train. The interior had been converted, and all of the plumbing and fixtures were in place but the furniture had been removed.
To make a long story short, the day before I got my money out of my 401K, some country and western band bought it!!
So now I have my rather pathetic life savings in hand, and remain busless........You can bet that I am keepen my eyes open, surfen all the boards and classifieds, and bound and determined that the next one won't get away...LOL
