Wondering if it is possible to tow a 27 foot boat behind a GM 4108. With the tongue on the trailer this train is nearly 70 feet long. Is that too much or is it even legal?

In Calif, 65ft is the legal length to drive everywhere. But the length laws are longer on the interstate and truck route system. Like anything else, you're only illegal when you're caught. Inquire on an overlength permit, and if it is needed. Warning- that's an awful big boat to be attaching to the engine cradle of the bus. What does that weigh- about 7500lb with the trailer? Make sure you have working trailer brakes and have the engine cradle reinforced. Most just use it for pulling a car on all fours which doesn' t have any tonque weight. Good Luck, TomC
