I would check you power steering fluid (assuming it has power steering).
ALso, if it is low and you add some does it still do it? If so check for leaks, maybe a bad steering hose or fitting.
It could also be a loose belt- I am not familiar with the exact vehicle just some things I have learned over the years....good luck!!!!
