I have limited mech. knowledge! on my 94 ford e350 chassis. Mine was in the emergency brake cable not releasing well. Suggestions were lube the cable if possible not getting any into the brake housing or per my mech. he has seen the brake tighten with bounce of that cable as it has the most play (large loop) around that axle.
