Ok what vehical and engine etc. When I have this trouble its either a Cummins and they changed up the tensioner again and didn't tell anybody again or I routed the belt wrong. There should be a routing diagram on the inside of the hood or on the cowel. Of course some are just a general pain in the butt. Good Luck
