99 ranger has incosistant miss mostley under a load changed fuel filter, plugs, and plugwires helped some but not all It has 201,000 dosent use any oil between oil changes every 3000 miles has had regular maintance. any ideas Mike
Pull codes and see if there's a pattern. if there are no codes, it's possibly a fuel pump or fuel pressure regulator problem (note: Ford OBD2 has a sensor on the fuel pressure regulator, so a regulator problem should set a code)
