I just rebuilt my 4.3 liter v6 and decided
to upgrade the throttle body to an after market Holly throttle body. After running the motor I decided to upgrade the ecu chip to give it more fuel. Now when I run it, it runs great, except after turning it off and then starting again it puffs black smoke(the computer thinks its still cold).
has anyone had this problem? And how do I fix it? Please help!
